40 Mile Point Lighthouse is hosting the 9th annual "Afternoon of Arts & Crafts" Show. The show is on the grounds of the 40 Mile Point Lighthouse and Museum, seven miles north of Rogers City on US-23.
The show opens at 10 am until 4 pm on Memorial Day Weekend, Saturday and Sunday, May 25 and 26, 2013. Many talented artisans, musicians, and crafters from all over Michigan will be at the show. Admission is free.

Martin Mania
Purple Martin Mania is on for Saturday, May 25. Michiganian of the Year, Ms. Jeanne Fowler will make a presentation at 6 pm on May 23, at the Rogers City Public Library. On Saturday, May 25, sidewalk chalk painting from 2-4 pm, a pet parade from 4-6 pm, and Ice Cream Social from 6-8 pm.. The street dance is from 8:00 to 11:00 pm, at M-68 and BR-23. Come and have fun!!
