Herman Vogler Conservation Area

The Herman Vogler Conservation Area is a tranquil 270-acre wooded site featuring seven miles of trails, used by hikers in the summer and cross country skiers in the winter. The Trout River runs through the park, as do several small creeks. A highlight is “the pond” created by an old dam on the Trout River. The park has fully-accessible restrooms, picnic tables and benches, interpretive signs, and a fishing platform.
