Responsibilities of the Housing Commission
The Housing Commission is governed by a Board of Commissioners who are appointed by the City Manager.  The Board's role is to govern, set policy, and retain the services of an Executive Director who is responsible for the general management of the Commission.

Purpose of the Housing Commission
The Housing Commission owns and operates Hilltop Manor, which is a low-income, elderly-disabled apartment community that receives assistance from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).  Hilltop Manor contains 37 one-bedroom apartments and one two-bedroom apartment.  Visit our website: www.rogerscityhousingcommission.com for more information and a printable application.

For more information about the Housing Commission or Hilltop Manor, please contact Executive Director Margaret List at rogerscityhouse@gmail.com or by phone at 989-734-7303.

Meeting Time and Location
The Housing Commission meets at 9:00 am on the Third Wednesday of each month.  The meetings are held in the Community Room of Hilltop Manor and are open to the public.
